Using my Data Messenger

I have gone back to using my HP IPAQ Data Messenger. Do not get me wrong it is an excellent smartphone but there is just one thing missing about it and that is that it is missing Windows Mobile on it. There is a big thing about Windows Mobile that I like and that is the customization. The Satio feels like it is just not there at the moment.
The shape of this unit is magical… The rounded edges on this unit is nothing but fun to feel and hold in your hand. If I hold it in portrait it is nice to feel and hold. I can text without any problem ( I use Reso keyboard instead of Windows Phone keyboard). If I slide out hte keyboard and hold it in landscape I get an excellent keyboard, where the keys gives me a wavy feeling. This gives me a nice feeling about the keyboard and how it is to use it.
The rubberized back on the Data Messenger is a nice touch from HP. It allows me hold it steady in the palm of my hand without fearing that I will drop it.
I am currently on a loaner unit from HP since my pre-production unit from HP have some weird quirks. The loaner unit on the other hand works without any trouble. I can finally text my family and friends without any trouble:-) The other issue that I had was with receiving calls. Some times the calls would not go through for me. This issue does not appear on my loaner unit from HP.
I love the navigation on the Data Messenger. It allows me to use my unit the way that I want to. I can scroll up or down if I want to. Certainly one of the best feelings out there that one can have. Just like a regular mouse this allows me to scroll from the left to the right, down to up. A sweeter feeling is not out there.
There is one thing that I really enjoy about the keyboards on my pre-production unit and the production that HP loaned me to use while they are trying to figure out what is wrong with my unit is the feeling you get when typing an email. There is not a better feeling out there with a keyboard. Good times:-)
