My experience with the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2

Last week I performed the new ROM update for my Xperia X2. The update process was pritty much pain less.. I did not have any issues when performing the update, but using the X2 with hte lates update has had it’s ups and downs. I like that with the update to Windows Phone 6.5.2 have added features such as FM Radio and video calling, but there has been one thing that I have really noticed and that is no more games in the Xperia X2 in the game folder. Where are the fun games that they preloaded the X2 with?  They only two games that I have found so far in the game folder is Bubble Breaker and Solitaire.

The other pet peeve that I have found so far is in regards to the panel software. During my usage of the device I have found that panels such as the SPB Mobile Shell Panel and Facebook panel does not work anymore on the X2. Feels weird that you can not use the phone for what it is intended for. 

Otherwise I have found the device to work exactly as advertised. If I use the phone and it is features I have ounfd it to be stable. I am a big believer in bluetooth headset and use them for around an hour each day. Not to go to much off topic but my current favorite bt headset is the Motorola HX1 headset. Small yet powerful headset.

Not to everybody to try how well it ran I decided to do it without any third party applications installed onto the device and running it with their own applications only it has been a good experience. I can however agree when starting to installing applications the device will start to bog down extensively….

I would like to SE bring out an update to sort out the issues with both the panel and the dissapearing games. If you can not use the phoen for what it is intended for it feels wrong.

For those of you out there what is your opion on the update? What ups and downs have you found?
